They have a laundry service that is priced by piece, which was a bit pricey. Otherwise, a great stay - if you can book with 22nd floor lounge access, do so. It was nice to begin and end the day there with beautiful views of the city and islands."

"Very clean and everything is new. Good location. I spent almost one hour in the massage chair. A little complimentary drinks on the 1st floor was nice. Although I did not have a chance to use it, they have a service to keep the luggages for a while after checking out. Staff was very nice, communicative and helpful. If I will have another chance to come back to Hiroshima, I would like to stay in this hotel again. "
