The hotel itself is stunning- location, location, location! However, the staff seems to know this and feels there is no need to provide any level of service.
Rooms were not made up daily and when asking for info, the desk staff was as unhelpful as can be.
The wellness center was only open for a few hours in the evening (and only some of it was in operation, no towels provided, and the water in the baths was clearly not cleaned with any frequency)
The breakfast was ok, but only bad coffee provided (you could order and pay to have a decent cup of coffee)
