"An older onsen property. But it does have two onsen pools that you can “charter” for your private use. There isn’t anything around the property, so you have to book your breaky and dinner with the hotel. The food was good though. "

"Very nice and helpful English speaking member of staff. However, the room felt very similar to a youth hostel. The room was incredibly cramped and dated. The lighting in bathroom was so dim it was impossible to have a bath with the door closed as would be in darkness. There were polystyrene panels blocking up a wall from our room to next door, which meant we could hear everything that was going on, and vice versa. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, but we were only able to have it at 8.00...

"First time here on the way back to Tokyo on a Tohoku motorcycle tour group. One of or may be the best little family led hotels we have ever seen in several years. Very friendly elder couple running it and even our german riders were smitten with the daughter speaking accent-free german. A delight - from the genuine friendliness via beautiful rooms to the support in all what you asked and needed.
