"This hotel is fine, good location for walking around Magong, reception staff were very good and were fluent in English. Many breakfast options are nearby and we thought the Subway vouchers they gave us are a good system too. Family Mart is connected to the hotel and if you have a car you can pay your parking penalties at the hotel or in Family Mart when you leave."

"Very well rounded service! Theres free shuttle pick up from the airport to the hotel, our room was clean, modern and spacious. Also assisted us with scooter rental too. it does take a small walk to get to Magong, but if you rent a scooter its not a problem. "

"All is very nice, we had a room with harbor view and enjoying balcony; all excellent except for breakfast, an amazing choice of chinese style items, all great but for north americans, which for sure are a very small minority, all "hot" items, such as eggs, omelets, ham, although under lamps, were served cold..... everything else is 5 stars!"

"It's a very basic bed and breakfast with a very, very basic breakfast. The main problem is the location on the map is very wrong. I had a local drive me to the address and the place we ended up was not correct. I called the host with the assistance of that previous mentioned local resident and the host was nice enough to come pick me up from a local business. The place is modern and clean with a decent bed and bathroom facilities and the host was kind. The area has little around it to do and...

"Delightful B&B with a really good vibe 😊 We generally enjoyed our stay here. Staff were generally helpful and warm, and showed concern when I was ill and unable to join a tour. My only feedback would be on the female staff on night duty on 22/3 - We weren’t aware that the rooftop jacuzzi had to be booked in advance, but she relayed this in a rather inflexible and curt manner that made us feel unwelcome. "Hosts were amazingly friendly and helpful! Answered all my questions immediately, arranged transport to and from the airport, and recommended some very interesting bars and beaches. Room was spotless and uniquely designed with large balcony. Location in old town was beautiful and close to a main street and many souvenir shops and restaurants. Overall wonderful stay!"

"Generally very good, the woman on the front desk is very helpful"

"The place is clean and spacious. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The only downside is 15 minute walk away from the nearest stores or restaurant. With hot and humid weather, it is not a fun walk. But it's a ten minute drive to the Magong town, so it seems silly to call a taxi at times. "

"Whilst the staff had limited English skills, they went above and beyond to help out and were very friendly. They even wanted a selfie with me prior to leaving! haha! They organised a free taxi to and from the airport, gave free water, packed breakfasts. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I'll definitely use this hotel again when I go back. Great bang for buck!"
