"Excellent! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The entire hotel seemed very well maintained and our rooms were very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was VERY low but we had consistent hot water! (Not always the case in India). We had plush towels, comfy bed, clean room. Highly recommend. "

"It was a great stay. Hospitality is one of their strongest suits. Helped preparing a special food for my toddler which was not on the menu three meals a day. Roof top bar was a bit expensive but the drinks was amazing. Would highly recommend this. "

"We have stayed at many hotels but the Grand Mercure may have been the best hotel experience we’ve ever had from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel. The entire staff were extremely friendly and were willing to assist in any way they could. One of the staff member that stood out to us was Rajneesh, thank you for your assistance. We really loved this hotel and would definitely come back to stay here again. If I was able to rate the hotel higher I would."
