"It was a great stay. Hospitality is one of their strongest suits. Helped preparing a special food for my toddler which was not on the menu three meals a day. Roof top bar was a bit expensive but the drinks was amazing. Would highly recommend this. "

"I stayed here 2 nights while visiting the Taj Mahal and other heritage sites. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food at the restaurant was pretty good, and my stay included breakfast (a buffet served on the bottom floor next to the in-hotel handcrafts shop). My only complaint is that the bathroom and touch surfaces in my room could have been a bit cleaner. Luckily I travel with disinfecting wipes and was able to touch up as needed. "We have stayed at many hotels but the Grand Mercure may have been the best hotel experience we’ve ever had from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel. The entire staff were extremely friendly and were willing to assist in any way they could. One of the staff member that stood out to us was Rajneesh, thank you for your assistance. We really loved this hotel and would definitely come back to stay here again. If I was able to rate the hotel higher I would."
