The rented apartment was located directly on the street with noise pollution from early in the morning until late in the evening. Unfortunately, it was not clear at the time of booking that some of the apartments were privately owned. So we had to put up with our neighbor's construction noise for days on end. The resort has definitely seen its best days. There are holes in the walls and the whole ambience looks very worn and dingy. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired and it seems as if only makeshift repairs have been carried out. In addition, the building is very noisy and you can hear the conversations and actions of the neighbors live. Overall a very disappointing stay. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is not the place for you. Any cheap hotel is better than this 5 star fake resort. Unfortunately you can't award zero points. Avoid this resort because it is a pure rip-off and not worth the money.

The service was fantastic! We had a late booking and Bronte was so accommodating letting us sort out the oops I made when making the reservation. And all after hours! The unit was spotless and the bed was super comfy! The shower had TWO shower heads which was awesome and the living area was tastefully decorated with large comfy couches. No stove in the kitchenette but had a large electric frying pan and plenty of bbq's in the pool area. The unit was fresh, clean and modern. The resort itself sported 4 outdoor pools, spaced conveniently in front of the units so you can sit back and watch the kids swim from the porch. I thought the pricing was reasonable and I highly recommend staying here.

The place is amazing. Villas are comfortable and well set, spacious. The common area with the swimming pools and barbecues are great. What I can't understand is that you stay 9 nights and only receive one lot of everything as if you were staying one night. If you need more coffee, sugar, toiletries, etc you have to buy your own. I can understand that they don't make your bed, or change the towels; but for God's sake BYO toilet paper?

The property wasn’t in the best condition but was still suitable for families due to the multiple pools. However the cleanliness was terrible we sat our infant son on the floor to crawl around and his hands and knees were black from the tiles downstairs. Also the air conditioners are well overdue for a clean has a real musty smell and actually feel sick having them on. No toaster in the room. If the place was given a really good clean it would be a pleasant place to stay.
