"Upon arrival our room wasn’t ready as we were early and was told it will be ready by 2pm. We left and came back at 2 and our room still was not ready and had to wait until 3:30pm before we were shown where to go. That is the only reason I give a 1 star for service. Apart from check in, our stay was lovely. We were there for 12 days and our bedding and towels was changed every 4 days and cleaned everyday. The staff is friendly and helpful.
