"We left after day 1, we noticed the room was smaller than advertised and did not have a sea view despite multiple emails to attempt to arrange. We visited reception on three occasions and the last visit was 3 hours trying to get a junior suite (river pool access with sea view that we had booked and paid for), we were told we would get one three different times then told they had a last minute booking take the room(despite being told they were overbooked by 11 rooms this week). "Loved staying at villa Akis.It is family run and all the family were so helpful and friendly.The room we had was great and was exceptionally clean.The pool area and pool was nice and relaxed. The food in the restaurant was great in fact much better than the restaurants we tried in the resort and we ate there regularly. We couldn't fault the Akis apartments and we would highly recommend."
