Four rooms are in close proximity to the reception desk, resulting in some ambient noise from guest check-ins and staff conversations. Additionally, being located on the ground level, there is some potential for traffic noise. While this did not pose an issue for us, it may be a consideration for other guests. "The apartment is renovated and has code locks which is super convenient. There is a laundry facility on site, walking distance to multiple stores, grocery, bakery, etc. There is a very cute little backyard. There is a reapot and coffee maker, fridge, and an electric stove with all you need to cook a dinner. I really loved the black out blinds. The minuses include a very strong smell of smoke inside. "The property is in an excellent location. The amenities are very basic and the space is just enough. It is located in a office building and seems to be a converted office space. The stay was pleasant and the room was spacious. The biggest issue was cleanliness. There was hair everywhere.
