"Staff were lovely, very helpful esp when it was my mums birthday and they gave her a box of chocolates However, the hotel has become very tired looking and outdated. Sofas are worn, carpets have holes in them, bathrooms need showers instead of baths (especially for the older) Having to walk outside ..."

"This was a nice little apartment, great location and good kitchen, living area and bedrooms. However the towels provided were unusable- just need new cleans ones, these were really old and very smelly. Duvet in main bedroom yellow, really off putting. The bathroom was ok but some areas not great ..."
