"Great service. Our washer broke down on the first day of stay. While there was a bit of troubleshooting done with the duty crew but the team change out the washer within the day. Accessibility: if you are coming from the airport, take the airport transfer to nippori and transfer by the JY line to Ueno, exit via the Iriya exit which will bring you closer to the hotel. We initially took the airport train to Keisei Ueno and have to walk quite a bit. Overall a good stay. "

"I liked that the Shinjuku station is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Coffee shops and lots of other shops in the area as well. I liked that the bus for the airport is just outside the door. The room was very small but as a single person it was all I needed. I was really only there to sleep. The pillow was kind of small. The tub was very high and a bit difficult to get into. I'd like to have had an extra towel and a wash cloth. The laundry was broken and I was told there was another one in...

"As far as I and my grandsons were concerned, there was nothing to dilike about the Sun Route Plaza Hotel. Everything we were looking for was within a 5 / 10 minute walk. ( Shopping, Railway Station, Pub ) The staff were really helpful, Checking In & Checking Out, and those I spoke to had really good english. ( Much better than my Japanese ) We have already discussed going back next year."

"Excellent place to stay in shinjuku. It looks less glamorous from outside but it is a very nice place. The staff are very attentive and amenities are excellent and all functional. Especially wonderful is the breakfast bar. Well worth the additional expense.. Will be happy to stay here again"
