I had such a bad experience at Amadil.
Noura is the worse staff and disrespectful.
Upon arrival, I was told to wait until 2 pm for the room to be ready and asked to pay for the local tax straight away. Then at 2 pm, Noura told us that we going to stay at the hotel Dunes d'or Ocean Club next door as Amadil is overbooked. I explained I booked well in advance and checked in online 2 days ago without any communication of any move. I told her that I did not want to move as I would have paid less if I booked with dunes d'or in the first instant. She promised that she will compensate the different in the price and the distress by giving us a free massage and dinner at the hotel as complimentary. She stated that the manager at dunes d'or will do the necessary as she instructed her. We were forced to walk to dunes d'or with our suitcase on the road without any staff assistance. Upon arriving at the dunes d'or, the managed said that Noura has not agreed anything and when I called Noura she refused to talk, said to whatapp her and even cut the call. The manager of dunes d'or told us that she will give us seaview room for our trouble but I reminded her that paid seaview already for the booking at Amadil. The following day the manager called Noura to discuss for any complementary message or dinner as she agreed that we should have been compensated for the price difference. However Noura refused to honor her words and refused to give us any support or complementary service.
