"First impression stylish property and friendly staff, quiet location, but not really in the league of boutique hotels which have luxury linens and towels, toiletries etc. A few niggles - agree with previous reviewer about the shower, very small (I’m very petite) and kept knocking into the tap, shower curtain is too short to function effectively. "The rooms were incredibly spacious – it felt like we had our own one-bedroom apartment, complete with a living room and kitchen. During our stay, it was windy for a few days due to winds coming from the north. However there was no wind on the other side of the island which was 20 mins drive so went there. (faliraki beach). "

"The hotel was modern, clean and tidy. The room was small but suitable for a 1 night stay. Staff on reception during check-in were not very friendly and charged me for the room, even though I had paid by using my saved vouchers. This was rectified later in the day by the manager. There was no secure place to leave luggage and we were told that we could just put our bags outside the gym. Not ideal and didn't want to leave our belongings in such a public area. "The property has 2 buildings, one closer to the village centre and another one with direct access to the beach. We were lucky to be by the Gaia beach just opposite ours, which has a nicer swimming pool and a bar/restaurant, which is very good and part of the hotel management. The main restaurant is in the building close to the village centre and they do offer a very brief transfer between the two with an electric car at breakfast and dinner time. "Such a lovely, family run hotel. So much more personal and quiet compared to the bigger, 4 & 5 star hotels. We were really glad we picked the Caravel. Huge room (apartment), great food and pool and just over the road from the sea. The owners were incredibly friendly, sorted out some last minute euros for us and booked probably the best taxi service we’ve ever had! All the good reviews were spot on. "

"If you want to feel in the right place back in time this is the place for you. What a xosy and lovely pension. Mino the owner is the chef at the terrace where the food , service and piece and outstanding. WHAT A VIEW FROM THE TERRACE. It is a place to stay for a week. It is not fancy but it has what I need , very basic things. It has a little kitchenette. The only thing you need to consider is to bring your conditioner and shampoo."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we would recommend it to anyone. Rooms are spacious and clean, Staff and polite and very friendly. Good selection of food available. Can not fault it. "

"Un agréable séjour de 5 jours dans un bel appartement très propre, bonne literie, bien équipé et il y a aussi un micro-onde. Grande douche avec aucun souci de pression et d'eau chaude. Le WIFI est excellent. Dans l'immeuble il y a un ascenseur et pour le stationnement sur la rue, c'est très facile à trouver. L’hôte et le personnel sont d'une grande gentillesse. "Had an amazing week at the Haraki Villas. Slightly delayed check in but this gave us time to explore the surroundings before settling in. Location is perfect, quiet, only a short walk to the seafront, where there are amazing restaurants, and a gorgeous view from the terrace and garden. Only minus point was the limited hot water."

"Lovely spacious apartment. Did try to ask questions through the website but no response. Good location on the island. Lovely cooked food (large dishes) The maids did not clean up our coffee cups in the apartment which was annoying. Nice bar but could do with a bit more varied entertainment. Greek night was fun, could do with more nights like this. On a main road so really need a car to get about. Nice village nearby. Lovely clean pool and bar area. Overall very nice."

"A relaxing stay, room was clean and comfortable. It can be noisy but overall pretty quiet (we went there off-season). Restaurants are good if you don't want to bother going out of the resort. Spa is decent although quite small. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is handy with easy reach to Rhodes town but also to the south of the island. "

"The staff were so helpful especially when it came to my daughter’s dietary requirements, with plenty of choice for her. You did not have to wait for the staff to help with anything you needed. The food was of a very high standard with a great selection of restaurants. The location was wonderful with great sea views and very clean throughout. Close to Rhodes old town if you wanted to venture and also not a far transfer from the airport. Lovely entertainment on an evening. An extremely good all inclusive Hotel overall. "
