"Stayed for one night as a family of 5 after disneyland. Was concerned about the negative reviews; there was no need to be. Friendly helpful staff, fabulous comfy family apartment. When we had checked out we were sitting in the lobby waiting for a taxi and someone ran down to give us a wallet that we had left in the room, they saved the day. Cant understood the negative reviews? Would stay again and would recommend"

"The room was small but practical. Self check-in and check-out was simple. The location makes it difficult to go into Paris because it is inaccessible late in the evening without a very expensive taxi. This is a perfect place to rest up on a long layover, though. "

"The good news: the facility is very nice and the rooms are very nice. The bad news: After arriving at the CDG, I called the hotel about a shuttle. The told me to walk from terminal F to D and the shuttle was at door 6. Got there, no shuttle. Called and I was told that the shuttle was picking up other passengers and to wait.
