"Overall good value for location and accommodation. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic area close to the sea. "The hotel has a great location, but bad management. The place is wrecked, everything is rusted and VERY old. The double beds are actually 2 single mattresses, so if you are a couple prepare to fall between the gap. There is no Wi-Fi in rooms or anywhere near them. You have to go to reception, and it's limited even at hours with no one around. Took me 15 mins each time to download emails. The staff are all really unfriendly/not helpful even if you speak Italian. You can't pay with cash but...
