"All lobby and dining room staff were excellent. The person that was supposed to clean the room never did clean the room. while we were there. Their policy specifically says they will make the bed and refresh the room every other day. We were there for 3 nights. No one cleaned the room and I had to find a downstairs attendant to get a roll of toilet paper. "

"We stayed 2 nights we attended a seminar for Parkinson's in Panama City Beach, The check in was fantastic, we really felt welcomed. The breakfast was great, once again friendly service. Every time we entered or exited, we were greeted with a smile and a "hey there". Will definitely stay there again."
