After a very good interaction with the friendly and communicative reception staff member we parked our vehicle. We were comfortable with our access to amenities and found the room to be appropriately clean. As soon as we operated the shower we were disturbed by the squealing pipes. The bed proved to be more of a torture device than a place of rest. An appalling dip to the centre of the mattress meant we had to cling to the sides like limpets to avoid a battle for a comfortable position in the middle of the bed. The morning shower again found us tormented by the high pitched squeal of pipes. All of the above will prevent us returning or recommending this place to anyone we liked. PS: the hairdryer produced smoke!

Unfortunately the gate into and out of the property did not open when I and others used our cards to scan it. I was stuck on the outside while a number of other guests were stuck on the inside. Sadly one couple missed an appointment at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. We could not contact anyone to help until the reception opened at 9.00am. Very frustrating and disappointing

Definitely the best value hotel in Adelaide. I stay every week 2/3 days tried numerous others in the area and city. This is by far the best. Cleanliness is exceptional. Service and smiley faces is authentic and sincere. Definitely best value for money, you won’t find a more comfortable bed and pillows with a generous size room. Free ample on site parking, communal microwaves for your convenience. Richard C
