" I did not like the way I was treated by the staff on duty on the 13th. I arrived around 10 PM and since I had not received the invoice for the stay on the 7th, I requested that they issue it. The staff on duty first claimed it was no longer possible and then said they were too busy, even though there were fewer than 7 people in line. "It's very convenient to stay at this hotel and overall, the facitilites are good and there is decent wifi access. The rooms are not soundproof, however, so the loudspeakers from the departure hall can make it difficult to sleep. There are good attemps with the breakfast buffet and I appreciated the delicous cappucchino. "

The African Jazz Village is top notch and home to the timeless Father of Ethiopian Jazz, Dr. Mulatu Astateke. Meals were copious and delicious - Breakfast is free! We are used to staying at more modern (read: updated) luxurious places but I'd go back for the charm, people and music. "
