Staff are excellent ambassadors for the hotel, they were willing , helpful and always had a smile. Nothing was too much for them, going above and beyond from check in, car parking and breakfast . We couldn’t fault the service. Downside is the hotel is dated , not as clean as it could be and sadly one of the rooms had a stench of cigarettes which was ingrained. We asked for a room change however none were available. It’s clearly the staff that make this hotel a success. Owners should consider investing in a renovation and some no smoking rooms to make it wholly complete

Otele girer girmez çok ağır bir koku vardı , odaya geçince geçer diye düşündük ama odadaki koku daha kötüydü.Eşyalar genel olarak çok eskiydi, havlular , çarşaflar solmuş ve üzerinde kir lekeleri vardı.Kahvaltı yetersizdi, daha çok meze tarzı hazırlanmıştı nedense.Personel ilgiliydi, konumu merkezi ama genel olarak bir daha asla tercih edeceğim veya tavsiye edeceğim bir otel değil.

Unglaublich nettes Personal. Sehr zuvorkommend und stets bereit zu helfen und Wünsche zu erfüllen. Großes Lob diese Menschen. Jedoch ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen und schon etwas verwohnt. Eher 3 Sterne Klasse, aber sehr sauber und tolles Housekeeping

Nicht zum ersten Mal hier und sehr zufrieden. Leider hatte ich ein Stockwerk mit sehr schlechtem WiFi erwischt. Das war in anderen Stockwerken besser. Ansonsten ist das Frühstück besonders zu loben.

Otelin konumu güzel bir yerde. Fiyatı uygun,Kahvaltısı güzel açık büfe herşey vardı. Tek kişilik odada kaldım fotoğraflarda da göründüğü üzere pansiyon gibiydi, çarşaflarda leke vardı birazda yırtıktı. Bu konularda dikkat edilse tercih edilir.

Maalesef ki bu otelde yaşadığımız deneyimden memnun kalamdık. Çalışanlar çok yardımseverdi ancak otelin temizliği ve eşyalarının durumu çok kötüydü. Tuvalet ve çarşaf temizliğinden memnun kalamadık yine de söylediğimizde yardımcı oldular.

Vaatleri karşılamıyor

Oncelikle 4 yıldızlı bir otelin calisanlarinin ilk izlenimi musteriye verdigi degeri gosterir. Persollerin uslubu çok kötüydü ve odayi gosteren personenlin kiyafeti özensiz ve aşırı kirliydi. Oda temizlendi denilmek için temizlenmis gibiydi duvara yakin bölgelere süpürge değmemiş sadece orta kisim süpürülmüş ve koltuğun önündeki sehpada kıl vardi oda havalandırılması yeterince yapılmadığı için havasizdi eşyaları birakip cam acip odadan ayrilmak zorunda kaldim. Sigara içilmeyen oda tercihimi özellikle belirtmis olmama ragmen odada küllük vardi ve daha önce kesinlikle sigara içilmişti. Ücretsiz otapark oldugunu ilanda beyan eden otelin kendi otoparki yok arka sokaktaki anlaştığı özel bir otoparka park etmenizi istiyorlar. Çevredeki bazı otellerinde ayni otoparkı kullanmasindan kaynakli otoparkta yer bulmanız imkansız bu yüzden ücretli otoparka park etmek zorundasiniz ve otelin ücretsiz otoparkin oldugunu beyan ederek sattığını ve ucretli otoparkin ücretini talep ettigimizde bunu odemeyeceklerini söylediler. Yıldız düşürülmesi gereken bir otel olduğunu düşünüyorum çünkü ilanda vaat edilenleri otel sunmuyor.
