"Arrived late into GRU and had an early morning flight the next morning. This hotel was perfect for us to get a good night sleep and continue our trip. Nice that breakfast starts at 530am. Downside the dining room was a bit dirty by 6am. There is a free airport shuttle every half hour. Wasnt early enough for us but great if it works for you. "

Tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado, mas fomos atendidos imediatamente e solucionado o problema. Café da manhã muito bom. Tenho apenas uma observação. "Good price for what you get. The room is quite basic however spotless clean. Unfortunately noise isolation is not the best and the road next to to the hotel can get a bit loud at night. Would recommend for travelers passing through the city and needing a place to rest."

"Really liked my stay at this hotel in Guarulhos. The staff was incredibly friendly and no request seemed to be inconvenient (we were travelling with a baby and a child and they assisted me with cleaning and sterilizing my baby bottles and also were very quick to swap rooms when my child complained about being on the 14th floor as he is afraid of heights, so we were moved to the 1st floor). Breakfast was very delicious, it’s a buffet and there are varied options for all. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We also got a complimentary transfer to Guarulhos airport which was reliable and on time. I would return! "

"I love love the location. It's not a quiet one. Right on Paulista Ave with 3 malls in walking distance. Many restaurants. Easiness to get transportation. Communication were all in Portuguese how when I arrived some of attendants speaks English. I will return again. There is a good deal of security there."
