"Great location. Trams near by, Old Trafford within 10 min walk. Very easy comunication with the owner. Big 2 bedroom apartment with comfortable beds.Market is next to the building or M&S and Tesco within 15 minutes walk. Great location and great host. "

"I did not get a stay, this apartment is a SCAM. Had this booked, received an email from the property owner the day before claiming the property was no longer available due to a leak and that I would receive a refund. I did not receive any refund and have been ignored ever since, I have messaged multiple times and tried calling, I have tried to get help from hotel.com and they have not helped at all either. AVOID at all costs."

"Stayed here before and back there now . My only grips are the heating. It’s like the system at work but seems stuck on 16 so it’s cold and you only get two bath towels regardless of how long you stay, you are expected to wash them and no tea towels even though no dishwasher."

"Have stayed at an IHG hotel before and loved the way it has its own style and personality. The Kimpton Clocktower did not disappoint. The building is magnificent, the rooms stylist and high quality, and when checking in, visiting the bar and restaurant the service was excellent."

"Perfect location for train travel pre or post stay, right next to Piccadilly station or the tram/free bus stop to Victoria station. Lovely lobby area, and staff were all very friendly! There was a cigarette butt in the room I had at the the corner, but easily missed as hidden under the thick curtains. Didn't impact it my stay, and staff did offer to move me if I wanted when I reported to them without hesitation. Great service!"
