Anteriormente había agarrado este hotel y todo me había gustado pero esta vez q me quedé tardaba en salir el agua caliente, la televisión igual tuvieron q echarnos la mano para q funcionara, la palanca del baño se rompió, esta vez si me falló

Staff was courteous. Shower drain not working properly and water wouldn’t drain. Otherwise, room was clean. Hotel also was kept clean
