"The ambiance is like walking back into the 1970s but the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and overall it was a comfortable stay. The bed was a bit hard for me but thats just a personal preference. Best part was the shower hot water. It was truly hot not just warm. This is mportant especially in cold December dayys."

"It's a new, smaller hotel in the center of old Stamford that's been revitalized with lots street lights and a bunch of restaurants. The location has more interest than areas around other hotels we've stayed at in Stamford. Parking is by concierge only but that worked fine. $15/da "

RED RROF INN - whudda thought?!?!?

"Never have I ever extended my stay at a Red Roof Inn. I always book 1 night and wind up hating it and checking out the next day to find better motel/hotel. This was the cleanest and nice RR Inn I’ve ever stayed in. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Room was extremely clean. VERY dog friendly…. 1st dog stays FREE!"
