"The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "

"A nice hotel in a great location near restaurants, cafes, and across from the sea. The hotel is packed with Egyptians on vacation which is a good sign. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.
