"This place is in need of major up dates..had a hole rusted right through the bathroom sink. Bed was comfortable, stayed one night. Left early morning skipped the shower in the avacado green bathtub."

"Not accessible.. my lack of research I guess. I managed. Rooms were relatively clean but very old and tired.. some stains can’t be washed away. Due to lack of places to stay, I hope this place stays open; it is good for work stays or urgent need pit stops. We probably won’t stay here again, it was a quick booking for work, and perfect for that. "

"This is a unique stay in the heart of the historic mining district. It was nice to walk around and see all the original log homes that belonged to the miners. Our room and adjoining bathroom were both immaculate. It was nice to have use of the kitchen and dining room. The Auberge has a sitting area in the enclosed porch and outdoor patio seating. It is unusual to remove your shoes at the door but I do understand. I did not realize immediately that I had to lock the front door behind me (thought it would lock automatically) or that I had to re-enter the code when leaving our room. It was a lovely, quiet place to stay."
