The hotel is an excellent choice for its convenient location near Narita Airport and the overall comfort of the stay. **Service & Amenities** The hotel staff was exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful throughout both stays. The rooms were identical in layout. The first room was a bit warm, but the staff promptly provided fans, which was a huge help. Both rooms were clean and quiet, ensuring a comfortable rest. I was also very impressed with the variety of on-site amenities, including a convenient store, a gift shop, a restaurant, and a designated smoking room. The breakfast was a great experience, offering a wide variety of food, a supplement bar, and a matcha station. **Shuttle Service & Location** The complimentary shuttle bus service was a standout amenity. The coach-style bus was comfortable and the service was incredibly timely for both airport pickups and drop-offs. The shuttle schedule is conveniently displayed in the hotel lobby. For future travelers, the shuttle bus to and from the airport can be found at Terminal 1, Platform 16. This service also provides easy access to the train, making it a favorite and highly practical feature. I also appreciated that a 7-Eleven is located within walking distance. Thank you to the entire staff for making my stays so comfortable."
