Lors de ma rĂ©servation j'ai posĂ© la question suivante a l'hĂŽtel: pouvez-vous m'indiquer sur quoi mes enfants dormiront dans la chambre familiale? AprĂšs 1 semaine, ils ne m'avaient pas donnĂ© de nouvelle. Alors j'ai tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ© et j'ai parlĂ© avec Rodrigue le propriĂ©taire. Il m’a confirmĂ© que c’est un lit superposĂ©. Il m’a demandĂ© de lui envoyer par whatsapp une copie de ma rĂ©servation Expedia. Ce que je fus. Lorsque nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  l'hĂŽtel par bateau, la dame qui nous a reçus, m'a demandĂ© si j'Ă©tais Madame Éthier? Elle nous a fait faire un dĂ©tour dans le resort pour ajouter du temps. Nous avons demandĂ© de prendre la chambre familiale. Notre chambre n'Ă©tait pas prĂȘte. La porte de la chambre est un immense porte patio. Un cotĂ© barre avec une clef et l’autre cĂŽtĂ© ne se barre pas. La porte n’a jamais Ă©tĂ© barrĂ©e. Nous avons mis un meuble devant la porte durant la nuit, pour nous sĂ©curiser. Lors de ma rĂ©servation, il est clairement indiquĂ© que le transport en bateau est offert gratuitement. AprĂšs plusieurs heures Ă  discuter avec Rodrigue, le propriĂ©taire nous a chargĂ© 10 000CFA pour le transport. J’ai la facture. Un enfant dans la piscine avait fait son besoin dans la piscine, personne n’est venu faire le nettoyage. Par la suite, j’ai interdit mes enfants de s’y baigner. Nous sommes plus tĂŽt allĂ©s au Lac BakrĂ©. C’est un magnifique lieu, cependant ils ne sont pas prĂȘts Ă  accueillir des clients selon les standards d’Expedia. Le serveur EugĂšne Ă©tait vraiment trĂšs gentil avec nous

Annonce mensongĂšre ou pb de communication ?

J'ai pris contact avec l'hĂŽtel le 04 juillet 2019 afin de prĂ©parer mon sĂ©jour Ă  la baie des milliardaires chez Rodrigue et passer ma nuit de noce du 05 juillet 2019 au 6 juillet 2019. A ma grande surprise l'hĂŽtel m'a informĂ© ne pas ĂȘtre en mesure de me recevoir. Il ne travaillerait plus avec hĂŽtel.com. MalgrĂ© que mon sĂ©jour est Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ© dans sa totalitĂ© 1 mois Ă  l'avance soit le 11 Mai 2019. Aussi, j'ai Ă©tĂ© contactĂ© par un.menbre de l'hĂŽtel afin de trouver une solution Ă  ce dĂ©sagrĂ©ment. J'attends les suites.... Rita.
