Advertised as a water park however closed during the week only open on weekends. Not close to dining options and food at hotel was bland and overpriced. However the pools at the hotel were heated but jacuzzi jets on a timer.

My visit was one of nostalgia -- the property (pools and room) needed updating, but were clean. Staf could have provided a warmer reception. Visiting from the US, we did not know about the holidays and one entire day, hourly, we heard fireworks going off. I was there mainly to visit Abasolo, but they did not have a local map -- I relied on social media for places off site to eat lunch and dinner.

Un lugar histórico y que invita a recordar y a la vez abstraerse de la realidad y dejar volar la imaginación hacia otros tiempos, sin embargo no se limita a recordar sino a disfrutar las instalaciones y las enormes palmeras con sus pájaros carpintero es simplemente bellísimo.

Soy cliente desde que nací, todo bien hasta la hora de entregar la habitación que es a las 12:00, te piden que entregues tus brazaletes y ya no te dejan entrar, te sacan Te piden pagar otras 6 horas para que puedas hacer uso de las instalaciones! Ni en Cancún te hacen eso. Deberían cambiar esas políticas porque son abusivas y absurdas!!
