"In general we were quite happy to have the option with the "automated" check-in. It went very easily, however it took me 40min and a lot of communication forth and back to get it organized. Good here, was that "someone" was promptly available to chat/write emails to me and tried to send me the link for the online check-in which is pre-requisite to get the entry code. "Very cute hotel in the middle of the old town. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, but the noise from the street kept waking us up - garbage trucks, street cleaners, & seagulls began at the crack of dawn. Get a room in the back to avoid this detail. Breakfast was very nice and the coffee was delicious. Arhus is a beautiful city, enjoy!"
