For a congress in the city the hotel is too far out to walk. Also too far to walk to city center for dinner. Overall good hotel, comfortable and friendly with very good break fast

Convenient situation on edge of city for bus or walking access into centre; Also close to autobahn. Friendly staff and clean, well appointed room. Confusion at check out with payment for parking being taken twice? Am currently awaiting a clarification on this.

Perfectly reasonable accommodation in Aachen
Perfect location for my requirements with pleasant check-in, value-for-money room, acceptable air-con, fast wi-fi speed (I wish all business hotels were this quick). Ate out for evening meal but breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Bathroom was good but the shower screen was terrible. Might as well not have been there! Why can't hotels grasp that guests don't like a paddle on the floor after a shower!!!

I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant. During my 4 day stay there was a coach trip in the hotel and this took over the restaurant with a buffet for the coach trip. There was no restaurant menu for the other guests and this was very disappointing.

Nice, comfortable hotel clise to the motorway although I have to say that bathrooms could do with an overhaul a carpets not clean at all! Staff seemed a little irritated at our mere presence and smiled through gritted teeth. We have stayed many times before but may try a different hotel next time as it is gradually deteriorating...

Nice, clean friendly place
Friendly staff, good breakfast, room was clean and quiet, halls were clean, decorations were nicely quirky for a chain place. A teeny bit hard to get in and out of, and to pay for parking at a "suburban" place seems odd, but these are small issues.
