"Host was the best I could imagine. She helped us with all sorts of service like early check-in, booking tours and travel to our next place. The rooms were unfortunately not as good so takes the rating down. Drain was clogged in our first room. AC did not work to heat or dry the rooms so it was very moist and cold and we were freezing through the night. I can imagine this place being much better on a warm summer day when that is not a problem and the pool also being more useful."

"I think that if you love camping and don't mind seeing some tiny flying critters in the room, this is a great place for you. The room is basic but it's got a wonderful view of the mountains and the river that the boat tours pass through. The host was nice to talk with and was helpful with your questions (in English). The host booked a tour for me for the same morning."

"Excellent hotel. lived up to the picture's expectations. I had a breathtaking view of the landscape. The staff was phenomenal and friendly. Mr. Ha was extremely helpful in assisting me with a tour company and which cave would suit me. Mr. Ha. and his wife and kids are warm and friendly.
