Be good if offered food/drink service when relaxing at the pool. Good choice of restaurants in the hotel. Staff seem a little disjointed in knowing about the facilities the hotel offers. Overall good, but would be great with a few improvements. "

"Second time to return since last year. I was upgraded from a standard room to a better one. The infinity rooftop pool was the main reason i wanted to return, but this year the water was murky and not clear as before. Also in the middle of the day they chose to put chemicals in, with a "Pool not open" sign, so we couldn't get a late morning swim as before. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and good however. A bit disappointed. I'll look elsewhere next time I come to Chennai."
