"Really enjoyed our stay at Kimpton Clock Tower, our room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. There was a bit of noise from outside but it’s to be expected in the city centre. All the staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good and plentiful. "

"Great staff all round at check in and checkout and breakfast was very good. A bit disappointed with the shower head, which came off during a shower and could have hurt someone. However the response was prompt and it was fixed with a sincere apology. I love staying here and will def stay here again. "

"Wonderful stay! From the moment you walk into the hotel, you feel so welcome. Check in was a delight as you were ushered into a lounge where they offered you a glass of champagne while the staff came to your seat to check you into the hotel. All the staff were well trained, accommodating and friendly. The service was excellent. The hotel had been beautifully restored and decorated.
