"Hotels.com messed up with communicating with the Hotel. They did however agree to a refund. I did get a room when someone canceled. Apartment was quite nice and comfortable. Location was great, close to entertainment and beach and town center. Overall experience was very satisfactory. I recommend this as an inexpensive, lovely hotel experience. "

"Service was on the whole really good, except we got ghosted by one butler šŸ™ƒ the property is really nice, but a bigger pool would be nicer. The best part was easy access to hillside pool on the sister property šŸ˜„ we got an ocean view room but there was barely a view of the ocean. Bed was a little too soft for me, and water in bathtub drained too slow (we complained 3 times).
