"My Check was not as welcoming as I expected but a gentleman by the name of Armory who also worked at the front desk stepped in and made the entire process SUPER. They did not have a wheelchair accessible room available but Armory was able to check me in and make arrangements for me to be transferred to a fully accessible room the following day. "The design of the guest rooms was impeccable. So many well thought of details that I appreciated. The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond with restaurant recommendations.
