"Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub. Very convenient whether you are using public transportation or taxi/Grab. One disappointment was that there is no way to walk to the...

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom. The apartment was huge. The bed was comfortable. Things seemed a bit worn, but not too bad. Very walkable to shopping and a massive food street. The main negative was that the AC turns off when you leave the room and it takes awhile to cool off once you return. "

"The room is big and nice decor. Staff at the lobby and check in are very attentive. Only problem is the staff at breakfast forgot to put our order and we wait more than half hour the food didn't come so I had to cancel my order. Very disappointed!"

"Here’s a more polished version of your text while keeping your tone intact: --- Overall, the hotel has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel, are more than adequate. I would like to commend a male Malay staff member at the reception on the afternoon of February 13, 2025. Despite facing an incredibly rude and arrogant lady, presumably a hotel guest who was throwing a tantrum at him, he remained calm and courteous throughout. If that lady happens to be reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself! The only issue I encountered was that a pair of shorts went missing from my room. I called the service line to enquire but unfortunately, no one got back to me. "
