"Wonderful! Such a friendly welcome on arrival. Food was a delicious selection and although there’s no cocktail list they readily made whatever we wanted. It’s an idyllic & quintessential place with the original features preserved & a modern touch. The night we stayed was so cold so the log fires in the bar/eating area was lovely and the bedroom was perfect. Everything was so comfy we could’ve happily stayed a lot longer! "

"This property is outstanding in its location, in its cleanliness and comfortable room. Run by Joan, who is extremely helpful with any queries you might have, going out of her way to assist, she is a real professional, and likewise the waitress we had was exceptional. The accommodation was possibly the best we've ever had for peace and quiet, and again the breakfast was superb, one of our best ever we've had. We are looking forward to returning whenever we get the chance as it's so good. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Blaisdon House. Our room with the four poster bed was beautiful and charming, we felt truly relaxed. Breakfast was set in a stunning dining room, the attention to detail of the table setting was wonderful and very much enjoyed. "One of the showers was a little too hot for some of our tastes. The double bed was very hard and difficult to sleep, but it was also very warm whilst we were there. The owners were really communicative before our stay and when we got there. They left us some bread, milk and essentials which was really appreciated.
