"Location is convenient .The hotel is near to Pavillion and opposite Times Square. Its away from the crowds and easier to get a grab here. Counter staff service is good. Housekeeping is inconsistent. Despite we left the 'make my room' sign before going out, it wasnt done when we get back in the night. So we only get our clean towels when we called for it. There is improvement to be done. "

Food at the main restaurant was excellent but one small point was dietary restrictions were not labeled as wife is gluten free. Otherwise sensational. Location was also good close to Petronas and walking distance to a shopping mall with cheaper food options and a supermarket."
