"I enjoyed staying in the resort. It’s near to many shopping areas with a short ride on grab or taxi. Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. I didn’t have a lot of time to explore cos was on business trip . the concierge reception staff were all very helpful and nice. "

"Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub. Very convenient whether you are using public transportation or taxi/Grab. One disappointment was that there is no way to walk to the...

"The staff were amazing, their service and manner were great and very welcoming. They were very polite and felt like they respected us as a guest. I am a very frequent traveller and have experienced many buffets, the breakfast buffet at Traders was the best breakfast buffet I have ever had upto now. There was a large variety of food options and the quality was of high standard too. Overall this hotel is excellent and would recommend it very highly. "

"I was treated rudely by the staff (a Malay man) at the Ground Floor upon checking in (the small reception near the front door). I arrived on 8th March at around 11 p.m. and was dressed casually in a home wear T-shirt and shorts. When I asked for directions to the lobby, the staff member pointed in the direction rudely, with an unwilling tone, probably not expecting me as a guest. Everything else was 10/10, except for this guy's attitude."

"Classy hotel in prime location. Direct access to the Pavilion Mall. Staff wonderfully helpful and attentive. Rooms were large and well equipped, although starting to age. Pool on 18th floor was great. Breakfast offer was extensive and tasty. Gets busy at weekends, quieter during the week"

"Everything is good except internet connection is inconsistent. Have to log in every time even though after a few minutes not in use. House keeping service is good. Special thanks to Rajib who has provided us with excellent housekeeping services. Breakfast buffet food varieties can be upgraded given it is a 5 stars hotel which is a bit disappointed. Overall the experience is good and great location."

"The staff were amazing, their service and manner were great and very welcoming. They were very polite and felt like they respected us as a guest. "This was a true 5 star stay. Modern room layout had the bath in the middle with beds, sink, coffee nook and changing area on four sides. broad view of the city center from high up the building. Restaurant and room service food was top notch. And overall service was great. I needed an early morning ride to the airport and the concierge was very helpful finding me a ride. One thing to note: the lobby is at the top floor so one has to take an express elevator to the top then take another elevator down to the rooms. "
