"Onsen and staff were excellent. Onsen was one of the best I’ve been in. Would’ve paid to come in from the outside just to use it. The staff was super friendly in general. I docked a star because they had no laundry on site so you couldn’t give the staff your clothes to wash and dry. What they do have is a washer and dryer combo for you to do it yourself. This is pain in the butt because when I’m on vacation, I don’t want to be doing my own laundry. The dryer is also a piece of crap. ...
