"We stayed off away from the main build; our room was nice, nothing fancy, but comfortable; fan was provided. The main building is definitely the star of the show. I was surprised to find no lift; due to one of the reasons for choosing this hotel was because it mentioned there was a lift, not a deal breaker though. "The hotel, food, staff and interior decor was great, however, we stayed with family and had 2 rooms on the ground floor. Our room was 108 and was fine apart from the tv being sitting too low on a cabinet to watch in bed. The bathroom extractor fan did not work but this did not spoil our stay. Room 109 where my mother stayed had an awful view of what I can only describe as old furniture, chairs bicycles and overgrown vegetation feet away from the window. This was visible due to the 6 foot fence...

"All pretty good not been since it got the hotton title..bedroom 313 was bit to warm and windows dont open...shaving mirror glass broken, hairdryer safety guard wouldn't stay shut and attachment didnt belong to that model...no biscuits left on hospitality tray 2nd night..little things but not up to hilton standards... Breakfast room fine but only 1 guy doing everything...quality food...coffee machine also does hot water so long wait sometimes..glasses, spoons, cups all seem to run out once it...

"Beautiful and well-maintained townhouse located very close and within walking distance to the old town and many shops. We stayed in a large room facing the rooftops (nice and quiet) and we were very satisfied with the size and the furnishings. Nice selection of vinyl records that you can play in your room - every room has it’s own record player! Pantry is a big bonus as you have a lot of choice to choose from ranging from drinks to snacks and sweets. Staff were very friendly and accommodating....
