"The hotel was excellent and staff were polite My room had a great view of a very long coast line I didn’t find much to do in the immediate area but it was very close to train / subway Top floor lounge bar is excellent too take a trip up there I was only there two nights my big complaint was the bed pillows very hard and full of grit like straw ( not sure what it was ? )"

"The absolute perfect ending to my Japan trip! I was in awe the moment I arrived at this property. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience fantastic. "三保の松原を観たくて偶然見つけたウラレナさんでしたが、なにもかもが最高でした。 お部屋はとても広く清潔で何日でも滞在したいほど。全てが清潔感とセンスに溢れています。スタッフさんの対応も完璧です。とても良くしていただきました。 また、夜はお部屋でフレンチのコースをいただきましたが、地元の食材を活かした一品一品が全てが美味しい。 滞在中に残念ながら富士山は現れてくれませんでしたが、ウラレナさんへの宿泊が帳消しにしてくれました。 2組しか泊まれないのであまり有名になって予約が取れなくなると困るのですがとてもお薦めです。 またいつか特別な時に再訪したいと思います。"
