You don’t need to bring a lot with you because they provide extremely comfortable clothes, slippers, and even socks while you’re on the property. Same with toiletries. "I contacted the hotel through email, but they didn’t reply. I wanted to reserve a private bath for us but Ofcourse no reply so it didn’t happen. I wanted to reach out through Expedia but that didn’t work either. On Expedia the room details were false. The photos did not match the room we got. We requested a non smoking room and ended up getting a smoking room. When we asked the staff they sprayed a air freshener in the room which didn’t do anything. I guess if you aren’t Japanese it’s just hard...
