"This lush, green and serene property tucked away from the hustle-bustle of Mumbai is well designed & properly maintained. The pool view rooms are spacious with ample terrace space, which is very nice. The pool is large, though on the shallow side. The River Pej flows gently by, creating a serene ambience. As far as the human aspect is concerned, Mr. Ganesh, Mr. Vaibhav and Mr. Mangal are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff are also efficient and helpful....

"If you like being treated like royalty, this is it. Every staff member here are well trained and equipped to help you have a great experience. They have all aspects covered from valley to check in, many food cuisine options, fun activities for children and adults and a seamless check out process with more than 1 persons helping you. We never waited in lines, staff were available and prompt at taking care of your needs. The property itself is stunning with many varieties of trees and lush green...

"We had booked a room with an extra person and therefore an extra bed. They never gave the extra bed. The room was also not clean. The bathroom door did not close all the way. Overall absolutely not the 4-star hotel that it claims to be. I'd give it a level of 2 star."

"The Hospitality was top-notch, our room was luxurious too. And I must say, the food and drinks were just so delicious, better than our expectations. Compliments to the chef. Only feedback- We don't think the Macaws play any role in the beauty of the resort. I could feel they were unhappiness and wanted to be cage free. Macaws are big birds, they need huge spaces even if we want to keep them in our property. I understand it must exciting for some people but trust me those poor birds don't...
