"As a family with children aged 10 and 12, we absolutely loved this resort. The pool was invaluable to be able to have time for ourselves to relax as well as the children. Buffet was great and the manager was amazing. Our children loved watching the baby reef sharks swimming next to the jetty out the front of the resort. Would highly recommend to both couples, individuals or families as they offer something for everyone. "

"Arrived well before official checkin time. Room was ready. Although they tried to upsell their newer renovated rooms which were empty. They were nice but it wasn’t a free upgrade. Their initial remark was my booked room requires stairs climbing which I did not find an issue to begin with. The basic room was pretty much the same as the one I stayed in many years ago. "It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...
