"We came for the Christmas Markets. It was in a perfect location. Steps from The Golden Roof, shopping and in the middle of the market action. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms were modern, fun and clean with some cool features like a sitting swing. Breakfast was also great with lots of options. The view when you walk out the front doors is stunning with the homes and alps greeting you. "

"Overall this property was centrally located and breakfast was good. I got a balcony view overlooking this mountain and that was nice as well. My only complaints were that the bed was uncomfortable and they only provide you one pillow and blanket. Overall most of the staff was nice but the lady with red hair at check in was a bit stand offish. I asked for directions on how to get to the Swarvoski museum and she told me it was closed for construction. I did my own research and in fact the museum...

It was almost next door to a bus/tram/train terminal which was awesome and even better was you barely heard them going. Only two things I didn’t like (which is just personal) but it is very old school and no 24/7 reception. For example the door to your room is opened with a key, not a tap card.
