"The property was pretty decent the room was clean a few stains on the bed skirt. Our door didn’t lock but maintenance fixed it quickly. The indoor pool could have looked a little cleaner & have more lighting it was dark in that area which made swimming less desirable so we didn’t use the pool. Breakfast was great everyone was friendly. 7/10"

" I stayed in mid-October, but I can't get a deposit refund until November. However, there is no e-mail address that can be contacted by the hotel anywhere. It takes about 20 minutes to send a shuttle to the airport when I contact the hotel at the purple pillar zone waiting for the hotel shuttle. The staff were generally in the middle of being kind and easy-going The facility was rather old, so the elevator was rattling and the carpet on the floor was uncomfortable to move with luggage. "A very expensive hotel that is well located but misses on the details. For instance: - They have no coffee in the lobby in the morning- you have to go to the restaurant, find a server and pay $6. - There are two water bottles is your room and charge $3 ea. At $350/night room it felt like they were just being cheap. - There is limited room service times so I did Door Dash during the football games. "

"You could never go around with Doubletree the only thing that I had to complain about, and I didn’t even say anything to them was that the lights dust some of the areas in the room were not very thoroughly clean as far as dust it didn’t smell it was pretty sanitized, but it was there was dust Lampshades on the headboard things like that.
