"My 5th time (nights) in this hotel from different trips. First night found a bottle of water. Extended a night n no water the next day. Went away n came back fir one more night n no water as well. A tiny weeny disappointed. Still a great place to stay. Small details count. Otherwise a great place to stay."

"Beautiful hotel. This hotel is from another era but completely renovated and impeccably maintained. Beautiful property, photos probably don’t do it justice. Spa is also very, very nice. Breakfast buffet was also incredible and included with the room. Views on the outdoor veranda are beautiful too. Do yourself a favor and stay here. The surrounding area is also quite beautiful. Lots of upscale shopping and restaurants. "

"Everything was OK! But the best thing was the stuff working there!The only bad thing there, were the prices in the lobby bar, far to high! But this isn't a big problem, there are plenty of bars around, so, one have only step out of the hotel! "

"Lovely hotel, good breakfast. Only complaint was the extra bed in our room for our son was awful. Really creaky with a wafer thin mattress. Other than that would recommend, nice area with lots of restaurants in walking distance."

"Nice and unique hotel in an amazing small old town. The hotel is really cute! PLEASE NOTE: if you put the hotel name in Google maps, it will most likely take you through a 7km forest gravel road, not very safe to drive there at night. The road is beautiful in the morning. This should definitely be in the hotel description. You can come from another side of Kastav, just put the city center in the navigation app. Food is good, but expensive for this location. "

"Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Room was large and very clean. We paid extra for a room with a terrace and a view and wished we had just gotten a basic room. The room was on the first floor and traffic noise from the street below made the terrace unpleasant. We also were at the far end and there was very little water view. "Hotel has been superbly renovated, and is stylish and comfortable. A good breakfast was also offered. Disappointingly, despite the hotel offering parking, none was available, so on-street parking was the option ( and the paid parking in the street up the hill is cheaper than outside the hotel. Also, there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, and no option to obtain even hot water (we had our own tea, coffee & milk). "

"Everything was great. I would have liked to see some smoked fish, mackarel at breakfast. Also, dissapointed that the beach lounge chairs were not free for the hotel guests as they are anywhere else in the world. I am very impressed with your staff. They were very helpful. I hope to return to Aurora."
