"This hotel stayed for one day before entering the resort. The airport pickup service was excellent, and the vehicle was in good condition. The room is just like the picture and the temperature is very cool. It also provides transfer communication with the resort where you will stay the next day. Very convenient! I saw a review that it could be noisy because there are temples nearby, and I slept well."

"Overall we had a great time. The only issue we faced was with Reception / Front Desk that was an absolute disaster. The only thing they could do is to book you for the free daily snorkelling trip or to charge your credit card. They were not able (or even worse, did not want to!) handle other questions/queries.
